Summary: At this time of the year, there are many complaints of Christmas depression. Twenty percent of people say they are depressed. However, Jesus is the exclusive source of our hope and joy. The solution is to get into the heart of Christ more. If you are only saying your morning and evening prayers, and so on, you are just scratching the surface of the spiritual life. Saint Josemaria said, “‘Give Me your heart, my son,’ He seems to whisper in our ears.’”
