You remember the time in the Bible when they caught the woman in adultery?
Yes. I’ve often wondered about the man. Wouldn’t there have been a man involved?
Hmmm. Never thought about that. But what interests me is what Jesus wrote on the ground.
Yes, I remember He wrote something twice.
Yes. He stooped over and wrote with His finger.
Ah, like the finger of God writing the Ten Commandments.
I guess we’ll never know what He wrote, but He wrote in the dust of the earth.
Ah, and we are made of that dust.
Maybe it means that He wrote in our hearts.
Far fetched – but maybe you’re right. In any case, He did write His love in our hearts.
